Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for common issues before reaching out.

Make sure your messaging app is connected. Go to your dashboard and check that your Lee shows as "Online". If it's offline, try reconnecting by scanning the QR code again.
Try restarting Lee from your dashboard. Go to your Lee, click the menu (three dots), and select "Restart". If that doesn't help, check that your subscription is active.
For WhatsApp: Open WhatsApp on your phone β†’ Settings β†’ Linked Devices β†’ make sure Ask Lee is listed. If not, re-link by scanning the QR code from your dashboard. For Telegram: Make sure you haven't revoked the bot's access. Try sending /start to your Lee bot again.
You can manage your subscription from your dashboard under Settings β†’ Billing. To change plans, cancel, or update payment info, visit the billing portal. If you see an unexpected charge, start a chat with us above.
Your messages are sent to AI providers to generate responses. We don't read, sell, or share your conversations. You can delete all your data anytime from Settings β†’ Account β†’ Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to your dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ Account β†’ Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data, including conversation history and account information. This action cannot be undone.
